Facility Services Technician – Power Washing

About this role

As a Facility Services Technician – Power Washing at Walmart's Porter Ranch location, you’ll maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the retail location by operating pressure washing equipment on walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance
• Valid state-issued driver’s license (held for at least 3 years, clean record)
• Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Power washing certifications preferred

Pay & benefits

• Pay: $23.00–$42.00/hr
• Shifts: Weekday Overnight, Weekend Overnight
