What the Future Role Would Involve
- Designing and implementing core infrastructure for shot, environment, and asset definitions
- Building APIs for artist-facing and data management tools
- Extending core libraries for end-user tool creation
- Creating new UIs and tools for artists and technical directors
- Integrating new DCCs (digital content creation tools) into the pipeline
Requirements
- Strong experience with C++, Python, and Qt
- Experience with USD (Universal Scene Description) and threaded libraries (TBB)
- At least 5 years designing and developing interactive tools
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
