What You'll Do
- Lead the health care team in patient care delivery, implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)
- Delegate tasks and mentor team members; maintain accountability across the unit
- Ensure compliance with Kaiser Permanente policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of practice
- Develop and contribute to individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively through chain of command and issue escalation protocols
Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Emergency department experience preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and team leadership skills
- Flexibility for night shift schedule
