What you'll do
- Set up, install, and relocate computer workstations, desktops, laptops, and other hardware
- Perform software installation deskside and via remote tools
- Organize and cable technology equipment and computer setups
- Conduct daily physical inventory of assets and update the tracking database
- Provide professional, courteous support to staff at all levels
Requirements
- Proficient with electronics and computer knowledge (Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix)
- Basic/intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Good mechanical ability with computer hardware (SSD, CPU, GPU, KVM)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible for occasional nights/weekends
Nice to have
- Experience with SCCM/Jamf, Google/MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Hardware inventory and auditing experience
Schedule
Required on-site at a DreamWorks-designated worksite.
Pay & benefits
Salary range: $62,000–$70,000/yr. Company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k).
