About the role
Comprehensive Community Health Centers (CCHC) in the San Fernando Valley seeks a full-time Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA). On-site.
What you'll do
- Assist dentists and dental hygienists with patient care and clinical procedures
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Capture dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Coordinate with front office staff on scheduling and patient flow
Requirements
- Valid California Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- X-ray license required (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
