About the Role

Customer Service Associate at Dollar Tree / Family Dollar — delivering a great shopping experience and assisting customers throughout the store.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and manage stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment
• Maintain store cleanliness (restrooms, floors, trash)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing

Pay & Benefits

• $18.50–$19.00/hr, part-time
