Cosmetics Counter Manager – Loewe

About the Role

The Bloomingdale's Counter Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors providing excellent service and selling the full cosmetics assortment in-store and online. You'll build and maintain client relationships, deliver outstanding service and product knowledge, and ensure compelling merchandise presentation.

What You'll Do

• Create an easy, seamless, and fun in-store experience to cultivate customer relationships
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology
• Ensure Beauty Advisors are welcoming, friendly, and engaged
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years related experience
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
