Clinical Therapist - FFT

About the Role

Clinical Therapist providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT) at Child & Family Guidance Center in Northridge, an evidence-based intervention for youth at risk and their families.

What You'll Do

• Deliver FFT model therapy to youth and families in-home and in the community
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with referring agencies including probation, DCFS, and schools
• Complete required FFT model adherence documentation
• Participate in regular FFT clinical consultation and team meetings

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, MFT, or related field
• BBS registered or licensed (MFT, LCSW, or related)
• Knowledge of or willingness to train in the FFT model
• Experience with at-risk youth and families preferred
