What you'll do

• Provides appropriate patient nutritional care
• Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness
• Provides nutrition education to patients/families
• Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)
• One year healthcare experience desirable
