About the Role

The Sous Chef – Margaritaville directs, manages, and operates a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk, serving as a primary lead for the kitchen team and the flow of the back of house, ensuring food always meets standards of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Drive operating profit goals and control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff
• Oversee kitchen maintenance and repairs
• Respond to guest questions and special requests
• Analyze financial reports to address cost and profitability trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-quality chain or independent restaurant group
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems
• Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights
