About the Role
Directs, manages, and helps open and operate a high-volume branded food concept on CityWalk, overseeing planning, training, and leadership to hit goals in sales, cost, retention, guest service, food quality, and sanitation.
What You'll Do
- Drive operating profit goals and control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Train and coach management team to "Best in Class" service standards
- Analyze financial reports to address cost, labor, and profitability trends
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and employment laws
- Prepare and present hourly team member reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-quality chain or independent restaurant group
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems
- Required on-site, full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite

$80,000–$95,000/yr (SIC eligible)
