About the Role
The Assistant General Manager will direct, manage, and open/operate a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk — overseeing planning, training, and leadership to hit sales, cost, guest satisfaction, and food quality goals.
What You'll Do
- Drive operating profit and sales; control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Develop and retain exceptional talent; train and develop restaurant leaders
- Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, labor, and employment laws
- Maintain or exceed weekly budgeted operating profit
- Lead the management team in "Best in Class" service standards
- Analyze financial reports to address cost and profitability trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years management experience in a high-quality chain or independent restaurant group
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems
- Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights
Schedule
On-site, full-time at an NBCUniversal-designated CityWalk worksite.
Pay & Benefits
$80,000–$95,000/yr. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
