Certified Nursing Assistant, Per Diem (Night)

About the Role

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a per diem Certified Nursing Assistant for Night shifts. Provides personal nursing care under RN direction at a Magnet®-designated 515-bed hospital.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (nutrition, hygiene, positioning, restorative care)
• Take vital signs (pulse, blood pressure)
• Help patients with bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Perform clerical duties and route patient reports
• Report patient status and assessment data to the RN

Requirements

• CNA certification required
• BLS certification from approved vendor (required)

Preferred

• High School diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification
• Audiometry and vision training or CHDP certificate
