Cashier (Front End)

About the Role

Costco Cashiers process member orders, collect payment, and provide a high level of member service. The position involves working on the front end of the warehouse, scanning items, and ensuring members have a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, obtain membership card, determine member preferences, answer questions, and thank members
• Scan orders by sliding items from conveyor belt across tabletop scanners or use hand-held scanning gun
• Transfer each item to the packing area
• Perform clean up, department set-up and closing tasks as necessary
• Provide a consistently high level of member service

Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays required.
