Cardiovascular Technologist - Per Diem

Cardiovascular Technologist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 10-hour, Variable shifts.

Performs radiographic and technical assistance in both diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.

Required Qualifications

Coursework/Training and Completion of a program in Radiologic Technology.

Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association

California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework/Training in EKG interpretation

Coursework/Training in Intra-Aortic Balloon insertion

Coursework/Training in Waveform interpretation

Coursework/Training in IVUS insertion

Coursework/Training in Flow wire insertion

Coursework/Training in Electrophysiology

Coursework/Training in Hemodynamic monitoring

Coursework/Training and Advanced training as a Cath lab Technologist.

1 year of Cath Lab or Special Procedure experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
