Business Banking Officer - Hybrid

About the role

The Business Banking Officer works with new and existing business members, developing and adding value to their relationship with Logix Federal Credit Union. Under minimal supervision, the officer proactively identifies sales opportunities and makes referrals, meeting or exceeding established sales and service goals. Hybrid role, traveling to assigned branches up to 5 days a week.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with new and existing business members, brokers, and referral sources to grow loan business
• Evaluate business member needs and recommend appropriate Credit Union products
• Achieve annual deposit, cash management, and loan origination goals
• Work with branch management and team members to source and acquire new business deposit/lending relationships
• Analyze bank statements to identify prospective business needs
• Cross-sell and refer other Credit Union products; introduce new borrowers to Branch Sales Managers
• Conduct business site visits and maintain regulatory/compliance knowledge
• Monitor application pipeline and prepare production/status reports
