Brow Waxing Expert

Overview

Ulta Beauty is hiring a part-time Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to represent the Benefit Cosmetics brand. This role combines professional beauty services with retail sales in a fun, guest-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform eyebrow shaping, waxing, and tinting services for guests
• Consult with guests on brow shapes, products, and skincare recommendations
• Drive retail sales of Benefit Cosmetics products through product demonstrations and upselling
• Achieve individual service and retail sales targets for the Benefit brand
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling Benefit brow bar
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through personalized service and expertise

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetics license required (state-specific)
• Prior waxing, brow shaping, or esthetics experience preferred
• Strong retail sales skills and guest engagement ability
• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passion for beauty and beauty services

Compensation

• $20.00–$30.00/hr
