Hiring: BMW Technician Pay: $25.00 - $70.00 per flat rate Schedule: 5-day work week with Sunday and 1 rotating weekday off

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Perform maintenance and repairs according to BMW and dealership standards. Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs. Document diagnostic findings, completed repairs, and recommendations. Communicate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs. Complete assigned repairs while maintaining high-quality expertise.

What You'll Bring BMW dealership or BMW repair experience. Mechanical and diagnostic experience. Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience. BMW training and certifications. EV and high-voltage experience. While maintaining quality repairs. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $25.00-$70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
