About the role

AT&T Retail Sales Consultant at the Glendale store (207 N Brand Blvd), serving Armenian and English-speaking customers. $4,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through AT&T’s full suite of products and services using a consultative sales approach
• Meet sales targets and earn uncapped commission on top of base pay
• Participate in community events and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Handle online orders and in-store customer needs
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends

Requirements

• Bilingual: Armenian and English required
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience a plus (training provided)
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Pay & benefits
