About the Role

Macy's Northridge Fashion Center is seeking a full-time Beauty Client Development Manager for the CHANEL Beauté counter. Represent one of the world's most iconic luxury beauty brands and deliver an elevated client experience.

What You'll Do

• Serve as brand ambassador for CHANEL Beauté, delivering personalized skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through relationship-building and follow-up
• Drive counter sales and meet performance goals in alignment with CHANEL standards
• Maintain the CHANEL counter's visual presentation and inventory standards
• Execute in-store events and promotions to grow customer engagement

Requirements

• Passion for luxury beauty and exceptional client service
• Prior experience in prestige beauty retail strongly preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
