Beauty and Wellness Consultant

About the Role

Maximizes sales and brand awareness by providing exceptional customer care in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Provides customers with solutions for their beauty and wellness needs, including mini-makeovers and skincare consultations.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Provide expertise in product demonstrations and consultations, including use of the Skin Hydrometer
• Lead and deliver in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty
• Achieve or exceed predetermined sales goals through link-selling and up-selling
• Ensure testers are stocked and maintained in compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year in retail sales meeting defined goals, OR at least one year proactively selling beauty/cosmetic products
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands
• Basic PC/tablet skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician
• Experience demonstrating makeup application
• Experience selling Prestige brands
