Overview
Ulta Beauty is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to help guests discover and shop their favorite beauty products. This role brings together product expertise, consultative sales, and outstanding guest service.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist guests throughout the store in finding beauty products
- Provide personalized product recommendations across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance
- Perform product demonstrations and educate guests on usage and benefits
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Enroll guests in the Ultamate Rewards loyalty program
- Maintain floor standards including product replenishment and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends, new launches, and promotional events
Requirements
- Passion for beauty and helping guests find the right products
- Prior beauty retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable achieving sales and loyalty enrollment goals
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Compensation
- $17.00–$25.00/hr
