Baseball Operations Specialist

About the Role

CSUN Athletics is hiring a Baseball Operations Specialist to handle administrative and operational tasks for the Baseball program — compliance oversight, travel coordination, event planning, and financial administration.

What You'll Do

• Serve as compliance liaison for the Baseball program, coordinating with the Athletics Compliance department
• Develop travel itineraries and coordinate team travel logistics for away competitions
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events, community gatherings, alumni events, and official visits
• Order and purchase sports apparel, equipment, team meals, and office supplies under coach direction
• Attend team practices and competitions, assisting with operations and equipment setup/breakdown

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent education/experience substituted year-for-year)
• Knowledge of NCAA compliance rules and regulations
• Strong organizational, coordination, and financial administration skills

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday; may include evenings and weekends.

Pay & Benefits

$4,482–$4,572/month hiring range (classification range up to $6,530/month); medical, dental, vision, retirement/savings, tuition waiver
