Attractions Supervisor, Super Nintendo World - Mario Kart

About the Role

As an Attractions Supervisor, in partnership with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for the growth and development of the lead team, maintaining strategic, financial, and daily operational plans that support guest and team member satisfaction at the attraction.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operation of the attraction, including duty management
• Offer consistent, timely feedback to team members
• Maintain focus on safety and guest service
• Help manage guest flow and wait times during park hours and special events
• Ensure artistic and thematic integrity of the attraction
• Support scheduling and ensure policies/procedures are followed
• Handle crisis management, including guest/team member medical or emergency situations
• Conduct timely investigation of incidents and concerns
• Partner with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of operations management experience in theme park or hospitality, guest service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and travel between venues

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Theme park experience and experience managing in a union environment

Pay & Benefits

• $27.00-$30.00/hr
