Associate Banker – Ventura Valley East

About the Role

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent Chase's brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions combined with friendly, attentive service. This 30-hour part-time role serves multiple Ventura Valley East area branches.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients; manage lobby traffic and schedule client meetings
• Open new accounts; provide account servicing and maintenance
• Educate clients on the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and sharing product knowledge
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to put clients first and quickly resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Desire to connect customers to technology solutions
• Cash handling experience
