Assistant Store Manager

Overview

O'Reilly Auto Parts is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead store operations and team performance. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
• Lead and develop a team of store associates
• Drive sales performance and maintain high customer service standards
• Manage inventory, receiving, and store merchandising
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and manager-on-duty responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies

Requirements

• Retail or automotive parts experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Compensation

• $16.90–$24.90/hr
