Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Manages the store during the Store Manager's absence. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
• Ensure retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours
• Set team member goals, provide coaching/mentoring
• Assist with hiring: recruiting, interviews, evaluating candidates
• Ensure buy online/ship to store and hub transfers are processed timely
• Ensure retail returns and exchanges are handled efficiently
• Perform all store opening/closing duties including day-end procedures
• Maintain the store building, parking lot, signage, and delivery vehicles

Requirements

Required:

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification

Desired:

• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $16.90–$24.90/hr
