About Fabletics
Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Glendale Galleria retail store.
About the Role
A key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, driving sales and operational excellence and creating a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in training associates and preparing them to engage customers
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions
- Manage daily store activities in alignment with company and store goals
- Maintain merchandising guidelines and hit personal sales goals
- Unpack inventory (boxes 10–30 lbs) and maintain safety/security standards
Requirements
- 1+ year of management experience in retail; prior retail management experience a plus
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+; ability to stand for 2+ consecutive hours and occasionally climb ladders
Pay & Benefits
$24.00–$28.00/hr depending on experience. 70% employee discount, free monthly outfits, 401k match, annual bonus plan, PTO.
