About the role
Supports planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Technical Services Project Management Office at NBCUniversal (Universal City). Independently manages smaller or lower-complexity projects and supports the Program Manager on larger ones.
What you'll do
- Manage assigned smaller projects end-to-end
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track schedules, risks, and deliverables
- Support Program Manager on complex, safety-critical scopes
- Prepare status reports and project documentation
Requirements
- Project management experience; PMP or related certification a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with technical services or facilities projects preferred
