About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you're part of the leadership team, driving profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive business results
• Own a designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.)
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and elevate customer connection
• Build community loyalty through engagement and events

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail management experience
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs

Pay & Perks

Hourly range $21.50–$27.00. Up to 60% employee discount, 401(k) with company match, and medical/dental/vision coverage (full-time).
