Lead the Grocery team at Sprouts Farmers Market, helping customers make healthy choices while managing merchandising, ordering, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, and product quality
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, goal setting, and teamwork
• Train and develop the Grocery team
• Unload and sort store deliveries
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with 1–3 years retail management experience
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and walk up to 3 miles per shift
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay & Benefits

• $18.80–$26.30/hr
