About the Role
Target is looking for an Assets Protection Specialist to prevent, deter, and investigate theft and safety incidents, keeping the store safe for guests and team members.
What You'll Do
- Prevent and deter theft and organized retail crime
- Monitor the store for security risks and safety hazards
- Investigate theft incidents and conduct apprehensions per local laws
- Build relationships with guests and team members to create a safe environment
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with local law enforcement
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong observation and communication skills
Pay
$25–$27/hr (full range $25–$42.50/hr based on experience)
