As a Lowe's Asset Protection Agent, you protect company assets and help create a safe shopping environment for customers and associates.
What you'll do
- Prevent and reduce shrink through observation and awareness
- Monitor for and address shoplifting and internal theft
- Partner with store management on safety and security protocols
- Conduct investigations as needed
- Document incidents and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ethical standards and integrity
- Prior asset protection or loss prevention experience preferred
