About the Role
The Administrative Assistant, Media reports into the EVP, Media for Focus Features and supports the execution and coordination of all aspects of a media campaign. This integrated role supports both digital and broadcast media campaigns and requires strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Planning: Assist media team members with buying and planning across broadcast, digital, print, out-of-home, radio, and awards
- Plan Packet Management: Maintain media plan packets including budgets, media calendars, and flow charts
- Promotions: Coordinate deliverables, ensure media partners receive required assets, and support internal review/approval workflows
- Trafficking: Work closely with the creative team to ensure media plans are accurately executed and trafficked on schedule
- Finance: Process work orders, coordinate with vendors and internal finance on billing/payment, track departmental expenses
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings with external vendors; support EVP travel arrangements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, finance, or communications preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity with syndicated media research tools and media planning or reporting platforms

Schedule & Pay
Hybrid — minimum four days per week in the office. Salary range: $55,000–$60,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
