The Animal Rescue Alliance (TARA) is a volunteer-operated nonprofit based in Chatsworth that rescues, fosters, and rehomes dogs and cats. TARA hosts regular adoption events and fundraisers to find permanent homes for animals and reduce shelter overcrowding in the San Fernando Valley.
