Somos Familia Valle
Community & Service Sun Valley
Somos Familia Valle is a grassroots LGBTQ+ organization founded in 2014, dedicated to supporting trans and queer people of color, immigrants, and their families in the San Fernando Valley. They organize for racial, gender, and economic justice. In 2024 they opened the first LGBTQ+ community center in the SFV, located in Sun Valley. Programming includes advocacy events, drag shows, voting-rights initiatives, and cultural celebrations throughout the year.
