We Fit Moms Valley Team hosts a free Fall Season Kickoff with a short run/walk on the trails, followed by strength, stretching, and snacks. All women are welcome; being a mom is not required. All paces are welcome, and this season the team trains for the Santa Monica Venice Christmas Run 5K.
