About this event
Martial arts and mindfulness instructor Joelle Nañawa leads a peaceful morning T'ai Chi class. This beginner-friendly session explores breath, posture, balance, and the gentle movements of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, blending mindful movement, breathwork, simple forms, and practical philosophy. No prior experience needed, just an open mind. After class, enjoy coffee from the onsite cafe, browse plants and flowers, pick up local honey, and say hello to the nursery bees. Spots are limited to 12 participants and pre-registration is required.
