Pet Orphans of Southern California is hosting a free community celebration featuring adoptable dogs and cats, a taco truck, local vendors, raffles, anniversary cake, professional pet photography, and an on‑site vet clinic for bookings. All ages and leashed pets are welcome. Donations are always appreciated.
