For the first Nibble Neighbors collaboration, the owners of Callisto Tea House and Made With Rye lead a guided tasting of four wildly different teas, each paired with a handcrafted artisanal vegan cheese. Along the way you'll learn how tea is harvested, processed, and brewed, plus the science, culturing, and creativity behind making vegan cheese. Fully vegan, with limited seating, so reserve your place in advance.
