Knocker Night: A Knit and Crochet Event for Breast Cancer

On Wednesdays we wear pink… and make Knitted Knockers. This October, The Woven End is taking on a big goal: 100 Knitted Knockers for breast cancer survivors. Knitted Knockers are soft, hypoallergenic, handmade breast prostheses provided free of charge through the Knitted Knockers Organization to anyone who needs one. Want to help us Grow a Pair (of Knockers)? Join us every Wednesday in October from 4–7 PM for Knocker Night. Bring your knitting or crochet, get pattern support, share stories, learn something new, and help us make a difference — one pair at a time. Don’t knit or crochet? You can still get involved. With our Buy a Boob program, you can choose a skein of Knitted Knockers-approved yarn for one of our volunteers to turn into a pair of knockers. We’ll donate them in your name, or in honor or memory of someone close to your heart. 100 knockers. One community. Let’s grow a pair.
