The finale of 818 CREATES: Young Creatives Festival, a four-day celebration of emerging Valley artists ages 16 to 24 at the Taxco Theatre. 'The Open Floor' is a mix of open mic and show-and-tell where youth are encouraged to take the stage and share their creative work with the community.
