Long Description
This beginner T’ai Chi class offers a gentle way to reconnect with the body and surroundings in a peaceful garden setting. Participants will learn basic stances, movements, and techniques to promote balance and relaxation. After the class, enjoy a coffee, browse plants, and visit the local bees at the nursery.
