Westside Council Elects Officers Fills Three Seats

The Westside Neighborhood Council elected new officers and filled three vacant board seats at a selection election on June 11, 2026.

Terri Tippit was elected chair by a vote of 13 to 0.

Lisa Morocco was elected vice chair by a vote of 13 to 0.

Jane Wishon was elected parliamentarian by a vote of 13 to 0.

The board also filled three seats that had been listed as to be determined.

Shannon Burns was selected for seat 14 by a vote of 13 to 0.

Lindsay Shea was selected for seat 15 by a vote of 14 to 0.

Kariann Farrell Hinds was selected for seat 16 by a vote of 15 to 0.

The board also nominated Shannon Burns to serve as treasurer.
