West Hills Appoints Ilona Illes as Youth Advisor

The West Hills Neighborhood Council appointed Ilona Illes as a Youth Advisor at its July 2 meeting.

The vote was 11 to 0.

The council also updated its standing rules to say stakeholders between 14 and 17 years old are eligible to apply for Youth Advisory seats.

Youth Advisors sit with the board at meetings but do not vote and are not considered directors.

The amendment to the standing rules also passed 11 to 0.
