West Hills Hears Whiteman Airport Halt Called

A representative for County Supervisor Horvath told the West Hills Neighborhood Council on July 2 that the supervisor has called for a halt to operations at Whiteman Airport.
The halt is to remain in effect until accident investigations are complete.
The announcement was made by Daniell Vicente, field representative for Los Angeles County Supervisor District 3.
Vicente also told the council that all LA County funding has moved from LAHSA to the new County department.
