West Hills Backs Cleanup on Valley Circle Boulevard

West Hills Neighborhood Council voted 12 to 0 to hold a neighborhood cleanup on Valley Circle Boulevard.

The cleanup took place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The event covered Valley Circle Boulevard between Strathern Street and Roscoe Boulevard.

The Beautification Committee organized the event.
