West Hills Updates Absence Rules for Military Service

The West Hills Neighborhood Council voted to change its Standing Rules so that absences due to military service do not count against board members.

The vote was 10 in favor and 1 against.

Carolyn Greenwood was the only member to vote against the change.

The board took the vote at its June 11, 2026 meeting at de Toledo High School.
