Valley Glen Approves $10,200 Median Upkeep Contract

The Greater Valley Glen Council voted 9 to 0 to approve a maintenance contract for two neighborhood medians at its July 13, 2026 meeting.

American Heritage Landscape will maintain the Victory Boulevard Median on the south side of Victory Boulevard from Goodland Avenue to Babcock Avenue.

The company will also maintain the Whitsett Median on the west side of Whitsett Avenue, north of Victory Boulevard and south of Kittridge Avenue.

The contract is based on American Heritage Landscape's Standard Maintenance Agreement dated June 19, 2026.

The cost is not to exceed $850.00 per month, totaling $10,200.00 annually.

Robin Lev made the motion and Sloan Myrick seconded it.
