Traffic Forum at ST Elks Draws 35 Residents

A Traffic Town Hall held at the Sunland-Tujunga Elks Lodge just before the June 10, 2026 neighborhood council meeting drew 35 stakeholders along with LAPD and city traffic representatives to discuss road safety.

Attendees discussed unsafe driving, speeding, and road takeovers.

STNC STAT Chair Pat Kramer said the forum ran for two hours and had to be cut off due to the volume of questions.

Kramer told the board she would like to see these public safety forums held every 6 months.

The event was organized by the STNC Traffic Safety Committee.
